Outreach

Dominican Republic Trip
A group from our parish will be headed down to the Dominican Republic this Sunday, March 13th to research a mission project for our Senior High EYC. The teen group will be traveling to the Dominican Republic in June. Currently, the plan involves finishing a school that is only half built. The school's construction was curtailed due to a lack of funding. Two very generous donors from St. Paul's have made it possible to complete the school!!! We hope to the construction can be completed by the fall for the 70 plus children who will attend school there. Currently, these students meet in a very small single room for all ages. THANK YOU for making projects like this possible! God has been generous to us, and you have responded in love by sharing those gifts. All things come of Thee O Lord, and of Thine own do we give unto Thee. Please keep our travelers and the people of the Dominican Republic in your prayers.

Lay Eucharistic Ministers
Provide communion at assisted living and nursing homes several times a month

Meals On Wheels
Provides delicious meals for elderly home bound people each week.

Loaves And Fish
A hot meal is served at lunchtime to the homeless in our community.

Appalachian Mission
Jr. EYC Outreach to Sewanee, TN to work on a low income housing project.

Wilmer Hall
A home sponsored by the Episcopal Diocese of the Gulf Coast for children who are neglected or abused.

Salvation Army
Toys are collected in December and distributed to children who may not receive anything for Christmas.

EYC Community Projects
Youth dispensing their faith through service to others.

Murray House
An assisted living residence for senior citizens sponsored by the Episcopal Diocese of the Central Gulf Coast.

Supper Clubs
Small groups of parishioners meeting on a regular basis for dinner and fellowship.
