DINNER AT THE PARSONAGE

Music is one of God’s greatest gifts to us all, and at Saint Paul’s we offer that music back to God by glorifying him in our worship with voices of all ages, with organ, and with other instruments. Music has the power to inspire, to console, to comfort and to heal. We seek to continually enhance the worship experience through a balanced repertoire of traditional hymns, Music of the Masters, psalms and songs of praise and renewal. The liturgy at St. Paul's includes classic Anglican music and a blend of renewal and contemporary sources performed in classic style.

Our Parish Choir prizes the Anglican choral tradition. The choir is a volunteer ensemble with a core of professional singers, who sing for services throughout the year. Volunteers range from those with no formal musical training to those with extensive experience, but they share enthusiasm and a desire to make beautiful music an integral part of the worship service. Music sung from the heart evangelizes even the casual observer. Many of the texts sung are married to melody that touches the soul with God's grace, mercy and joy.

The choir rehearses from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday evenings. They also prepare music that enriches our worship experience during Advent, Christmas Eve, Lent, Holy Week and Easter.
