Children's Choir

CHILDREN'S CHOIR REGISTRATION...
SUNDAY, AUG. 22, 29, SEPTEMBER 5, AND 12, 2010.
IN THE PARISH HALL FOLLOWING THE FAMILY SERVICE

Make a joyful noise unto the Lord! Register your children and their beautiful voices in the Children’s Choir. Rehearsals begin Wednesday, September 8, at 5:15 to 6:15 pm in the undercroft of the Church for children ages 4 through grade 5. Introduce your children to the fun and beauty of singing and how it is a very special part of our worship.

St. Paul’s offers several opportunities for young people to “lift up their voices to the Lord!” Three groups of children and youth gather on Wednesdays between 5:30 and 6:15 p.m. in the Under-croft to learn music of our faith and prepare to sing monthly at the 9:30 a.m. service. These groups are aged 4-5 years; 1st graders and 2nd graders; and youth with unchanged voices from 3 grade and up.

George Mims oversees the Children's and Youth Choirs and directs the Parish Choir with Lydia Chandler assisting with the 4 and 5 year olds Music Group.
